WHO WE ARE

At Signpost Wellbeing, our aim simple:

  • Improve the overall health and wellbeing of people in need within our community

  • Help people receive the support they need.

  • Decrease isolation within the local community

  • Increase awareness of disability and accessibility needs

WHAT WE DO

Support When You Need It

We know it can be hard to know where to turn — that’s why we’re here to guide you.

  • Offer advice by phone, email, in person, through our website or instant messaging — whatever works best for you

  • We keep an up-to-date directory of local support services so you can easily find what’s available nearby

  • We work with local organisations to make it easier for you to get the right help

  • Point you toward trusted services, like Everyone Active, Hobby and social groups

  • Focus support on those who need it most, including people with disabilities, older adults, and others in difficult situations

  • Explain how to access important support, like the Blue Badge scheme, housing help, or local grants

  • Make sense of the system so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own

  • Host local events so you can meet services face-to-face

  • Connect you with others through supportive groups for people living with pain, disability, anxiety, and more

  • Work with local businesses to make our community more accessible and welcoming to everyone

You are not alone.

Whether you’re looking for advice, practical support, or simply someone to listen.
